All orders are carefully processed and shipped from the United States or Nigeria to customers worldwide. Orders are subject to confirmation and product availability before dispatch.
Delivery Time
Suits: 2–3 weeks
Shirts and accessories: 2–5 business days
Please note that delivery timelines may vary due to customs clearance, local courier operations, public holidays, or peak periods.
Every order is securely packaged to ensure it arrives in excellent condition. We work with trusted logistics partners to provide reliable delivery across all regions.
International Shipping
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import charges determined by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping cost.
GreenCutton is not responsible for delays caused by customs processes or local authorities.

Returns Policy
We offer a 14-day return policy from the date of delivery.
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return within this period, subject to the conditions below.
Items must be returned in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, unused, and with all original packaging, tags, and accessories intact. Items showing signs of wear, alteration, or damage may not be accepted.

Made-to-measure (MTM) suits
Personalized or bespoke items
These items are tailored specifically and cannot be resold.
Returns Process
To initiate a return:

Carefully package the item in its original condition and ship it using a tracked and insured courier service.
Once received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated. GreenCutton is not liable for items lost or damaged during return transit.
Refunds
Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment after the returned item has been received and inspected. Processing times may vary depending on your payment provider.
